Ross Malcomson is a barrister practising primarily in criminal defence and related proceedings.
Before coming to the bar Ross practised as a solicitor exclusively in the field of criminal law for 14 years, working with a number of law firms in both Brisbane and Townsville – including being the director of a successful boutique criminal law firm in Townsville for 5 years.
Ross is a well-respected advocate and prides himself on his client care and management, with a focus on ensuring defendants receive an optimal defence irrespective of their financial backing or personal circumstances.
